At Nikki Footwear, customer satisfaction is very important to us. While we strive to provide high-quality footwear and the perfect fit, we kindly inform our customers that we do not offer refunds on purchases.

Exchange Policy:
• Products can be exchanged only for manufacturing defects within 1 days of purchase.
• To be eligible for an exchange, the footwear must be:
• Unworn and in its original condition
• Returned with the original bill/receipt
• Packed in its original box or packaging
• Exchanges are subject to product availability in size and style.

Non-Exchangeable Items:
• Footwear that shows signs of wear and tear
• Discounted / sale items (final sale products)

Important Notes:
• No cash refunds or money returns are provided under any circumstances.
• If an exact size/style is unavailable at the time of exchange, customers may choose another product of equal value.
• Any price difference (if higher) must be paid by the customer.
